100 West Dental, a modern, general dental practice focused on wellness, cosmetic, and rehabilitative dentistry, is searching for a bright and organized individual to join our growing team as a Patient Concierge!
In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first impression for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. You'll answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support.
No dental experience is necessary! We value your professionalism, strong customer service skills, and clear phone communication. You'll thrive in a team environment and have a knack for keeping things organized.
