SalaryOur General Family Dental Office in Lee's Summit is looking to hire for Front Desk. Our practice is open Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30. Experience with Eaglesoft is a PREFERRED. We want someone with the following qualifications:
*Available immediately
*At least TWO years experience
*Greeting patients & providing excellent customer service
*Scheduling & confirming appointments
*Verifying insurance coverage & benefits
*Answering patient calls
*Collect copayments/posting insurance
*Treatment plans
*Insurance knowledge PPO/HMO & filing claims
*Understand the meaning of a team player
*Get along with your coworkers and doctor
*Highly self-motivated
*Positive attitude and friendly smile
*Multitask in an organized efficient manner
*Being punctual is a must
Must be competent in all dental, with excellent communication skills. If you meet or exceed these qualities then we have a great opportunity for you.
