We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Office Manager/assistant to join our team. The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Dental office, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service to patients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
As a Cross-Trained Dental Office Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by seamlessly transitioning between front desk and dental assistant duties as required. Your versatility and expertise will contribute to providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. This position demands a high level of professionalism, multitasking abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:-

- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting patients
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance information and collecting payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all documentation
- Oversee billing and insurance claims processing, ensuring timely submission and follow-up
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal use of resources
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Train and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and billing practices
- Proficient in dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with insurance plans and claims processing
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
