Dental Lab Operations Assistant

Overview
We're hiring a Dental Lab Operations Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing customer communication, record maintenance, case preparation, shipping coordination, and advertising support. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Efficiently answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and routing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Record Management: Maintain accurate records of cases by logging data in the online system and scanning documents, ensuring completeness and organization for easy retrieval.

Case Preparation: Pack and organize patient cases that are ready for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentation to prevent errors or damage.

Shipping Coordination: Handle shipping logistics, including the creation of shipping labels and maintaining a package tracking log to monitor the status of shipments.

Advertising Support: Utilize various platforms and tools to create online advertisements, particularly social media posts, to promote products and services, contributing to marketing efforts.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role within an office environment is required, demonstrating the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear and concise interaction with both internal teams and external customers.

Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational skills with experience in administrative tasks such as data logging, document scanning, and record maintenance.

Shipping Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping procedures, including label creation and package tracking, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient cases.

Marketing Aptitude: Ability to create engaging online advertisements, particularly on social media platforms, to promote products and services effectively.

Team Collaboration: Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations within the Dental Lab environment.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks, and solve problems promptly in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism and Confidentiality: Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and handling sensitive patient information, adhering to confidentiality protocols and regulations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
