Shedule: Full time: Monday-Thursday. Fridays available for those seeking 35+hrs/wk.

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Hygienist will provide direct patient care related to oral hygiene and comprehensive prevention in oral health.

The applicant should be licensed to work in the state of Oregon with local anesthesia endorsement.

Responsibilities:

• Routine maintenance cleanings for adults and children; periodontal maintenance cleanings, therapeutic scaling and root planning, debridement, and sealant application.
• Data collection related to oral risk assessments and provide appropriate instruction and education based on patient risk assessment.
• Using digital radiographs, intra oral camera, iTerro digital scanner.
• Comply with sterilization standards of operatory and instruments.
• Experience with Eaglesoft would be preferred although not mandatory.
• Support all other areas of the practice during down time, this includes doctor assistant and administrative duties.

Location: Single location; Pacific Oak Dental in Forest Grove, OR

Hours Per Week: 4 days per week 8–9-hour shift. General hours are 7:30am-5:15pm hours depend on day. Each work day includes a 1-hour lunch break.

Workdays: Hours: Monday-Wednesday 7:30am-5:30pm. Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm.

Fridays 8am-1pm may is an option and available for willing candidates

Employee Status: Full-Time 32-36 hours per week.
