SalaryOur dental office is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic front office patient coordinator/receptionist to cover for maternity leave. This is a temporary position (4days per week: M,T,Th,F 9am-6pm) for three months, from 4/1 to 7/1/2024.
We prefer prior dental office experience (dental assisting background a plus) but are willing to train the right candidate. We are a modern family dental practice focused on ethical and quality patient care. Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Warmly greet patients
- Maintain an efficient schedule for the dental team
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
- Check patients in and out
- Present treatment plans and schedule treatment appointments
- Ensure all required patients forms are complete and maintained in the practice management system.
- Confirm patient insurance eligibility and coverage

- Provide our patients with a high quality dental experience
- Experience in dental office preferred

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
