SalaryFront Office Receptionist - We are a busy, well established, family owned Orthodontic practice. We are looking for an individual that enjoys providing top notch customer service. You will join our Front Office team to help with answering phones, insurance verification, claim support, checking in/out patients and other Front Office related tasks. We work Monday - Thursday and approximately every other Friday morning. Tardy Orthodontics has been serving the Tarrant county community for 30+ years.
- 3+ years of Front Office experience in healthcare
- Reliable and detail oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent phone skills
- Dental knowledge
- Strong computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail oriented and ability to follow through with assigned responsibilities
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Computer skills working with Excel and Word
- Work well in a busy environment
