We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, computer literacy, and experience working in a dental office.
```Duties```
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Check-in patients and verify insurance information
- Collect payments and provide receipts
- File and maintain patient records
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
-Explain treatment to patients
-Bi-lingual would be a plus (Spanish) but not required.
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology is preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
