Duties include: checking patients in/out, collecting payments, answering phones, confirmation calls, and scheduling appointments, all aspects of dental insurance.
We are an all digital office that uses Open Dental with Flex. Flex is a very efficient platform that collects all paperwork online, collects payments, and allows us to communicate with our patients. Experience with Open Dental is preferred.
