Responsabilities;
Knowledge of PPO billing
Ensures patient has exceptional experience
Managing patient appointments from reminder calls to final check out
Scheduling doctor and hygienist to production goals
Updating and managing patient records
Chart preparation and maintaining patient information database
Patient check in/check out
Preparation and presentation of treatment diagnosed/financial arrangements
Tracking new patients and as well departed patients
Requirements;;
Strong communication skills regarding patient care
Ability to work independently and highly organized
- Front desk: 3 year (Preferred)
- Patient service: 3 year (Preferred
- Office experience: 3 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
