Duties :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding treatment options
- Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing to patients
- Making financial arrangements, collecting and posting payments
- Responsible for insurance billing and claims processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate treatment plans
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Experience:
- In-depth understanding of dental billing, claims processing (Required)
- Experience in treatment planning and Insurance: 5 Years (Required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational/team skills and attention to detail
- Dental assisting experience (Preferred)
