Dental Front Office

Our ideal Dental Front Office candidate would:

• Have dental experience in dental implants and cosmetic dental treatment
• Feel confident when presenting treatment plan
• Have a happy demeanor and outgoing personality
• Third party financing experience (Care Credit)
• Fast learner
• Professional phone etiquette
• Verify insurance benefits and collect necessary payments
• Dentrix knowledge preferred but not required
• Able to schedule patients effectively
• Professional in appearance—you are the face of our practice
• Love what you do!

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dental Front Office team member, or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix software is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
