You will be responsible for daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing administrative tasks. - Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Check patients in and out, accurately collecting copayments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Stay in compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patients' privacy
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is necessary
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with phone systems and Eaglesoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
