SalaryWe're a dynamic and lively private general dental office situated in Berkeley, and we're on the lookout for a qualified and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team for the long term. Our office operates Monday to Friday, and this is a full-time position for four days a week (Tuesday-Friday) with competitive compensation. We are eager to welcome someone who shares our commitment to delivering outstanding care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Patient scheduling
*Assisting new and existing patients with all necessary forms
*Confirming appointments
*Collections and billing
*Knowledge of dental insurance, dental terminology & procedure codes
*Treatment planning & presentation (a plus)
