Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient check-in/out.
- Schedule patient appointments
- Utilize Dentrix for patient record keeping, insurance claims, and billing.
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Verify and process insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage patient payments, process transactions, and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure effective communication and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Dental Front Desk Administrator.
- Knowledge of Dentrix or similar practice management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of insurance procedures, billing, and financial transactions.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Work Schedule:
Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesdays 8am-2pm
COMPETITIVE SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 32 per week
