Dental Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance Coordinators (Mon-Fri) FT/PT

Full time and part time positions available

Anticipated start date: 7-14 days

Days to work and hours: M 8-6, T 10-8, W 9-6, Th 8-6, F 9-2

Software: Dentrix knowledge is required

Insurance: Knowledge of dental insurance billing and payment coordination is required.

Rate $25-$30 per hour

Tasks will include: answering the phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, paying some bills, etc. It is required that you know how to work with and calculate adjustments on PPO payments. You will share the Front Desk duties with two or three others and work as a team.

Looking for Front Desk rock star who is vivacious, and has a "WOW" personality for our lovely Eastern Queens dental practice. YOU MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE AND KNOW DENTRIX. We are looking for someone to engage our patients from the minute they call on the telephone and when they walk into our office and ensure that they leave with a smile on their face!! It should be obvious to us from the minute we speak to you and meet you that you are the right person for this important position.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, who exhibits a high level of professionalism.

One week paid vacation after 6 months and then 2 weeks yearly after that.

There is a pension plan in which you will become eligible as your tenure increases

We have a medium sized private practice which is growing rapidly and the right individual can be looking at a long term position. You must drive your own car daily to get to this location.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
