About us
Smiles and Co. Pediatric Dentistry is a modern, single doctor owned dental practice that is looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, with at least one year of dental office/dental insurance experience to add to our team. We have a collaborative team that puts families first and strives to make all of our visits fun for kids.
This position offers a huge potential for growth and career development if desired! Pay is flexible and based on experience/knowledge and shown dedication to growing with our office. Must be very comfortable with computer use and emails as our office is paperless.
(Depending on experience and abilities) The position may include greeting patients, checking patients in/out, answering calls, scheduling appointments, insurance verification and discussion of dental benefits, treatment plan presentation, inputting insurance payments, collecting payments, and help with marketing for the office.
Pay and hours are flexible, based on hours wanted, experience and abilities. Looking full time but also able to accommodate part time. Must be able to work 1 Saturday a month (no Saturdays during June/July) - 8am-1pm only exams and cleanings. See office hours below:
Monday 8-4pm, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 9-5pm, Wednesday 10-6pm and Saturday 8-1pm
