SalaryDental Front Desk Associate’s position includes scheduling, billing, verbal/written communication with patients, financial arrangement presentations, and ongoing daily interaction with the dentist, patients, and staff. Applicant must have a min. of 2 years DENTAL EXPERIENCE with excellent work ethics and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of basic and advanced dental terminology and being comfortable with presenting dental information to patients.
- Capable of handling the Front Desk of the dental office.
- Excellent communication and customer/patient communication skills.
- The ability to understand a diagnosis given by a dentist.
- The ability to multitask. Very comfortable explaining benefits and collecting payments from non-covered services and fee for services patients.
- Capable of working at a fast pace while having a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of making 50+ phone calls per day, as well as seeing 30+ patients in office in a day.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
