SalaryWell-known, established pediatric dentistry and orthodontics office in Marlborough seeking a full time (Monday through Friday with 2 Saturdays per month and an option for 1 day off during the week) Front Desk patient coordinator. Ideal candidate is a cheerful, organized and outgoing individual who enjoys working with children.
Dental experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Fluent in Portuguese is strongly preferred. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Patient scheduling
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Presenting treatment plans and financial agreements to patients
- Calculating and collecting payments for service
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Basic office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
