Dental Front Desk/ Patient Coordinator
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Ensure patient information is accurately entered into the system and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance information and collecting payments
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient flow of patients and provide exceptional customer service
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills to address patient issues effectively
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
