Dental Biller/ Front Desk

Joshua Dental is a patient centered office that treats our patients as we would want to be treated..

We are a modern, paperless, Fee For Service/ Out of Netwrok office in Pasadena, CA.

We are looking for a Dental Biller/Front desk. Experience/ knowledge in Open Dental is a plus.

Paid training avaialble.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am- 5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for verifying insurance coverage including benefits, eligibility and coverage levels.
• Completes data fields in the system with insurance benefit information, including risk entity, estimated Out Of Pocket expenses, deductible met, authorization start & end dates.
• Clearly documents all correspondence in the company databases.
• Troubleshoots and seeks solutions to problems related to questions and concerns over health insurance coverage and explanation of benefits.
• Collections
• Front Desk responsibilities including greeting patients, scheduling appointments and providing great patient service.
