Holiday Inn is looking for a Front Desk Agent to welcome our guests and manage their requests and needs. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing information and solving problems. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Agent will be part of a team that handles high volume of calls and emails. The goal is to enhance customer experience by handling all aspects of our business in a professional and timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have the ability to learn Mandarin (Chinese)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
