Dental Assistant

Ridgeline Oral Surgery is a well-respected and independent provider supporting Central Oregon specializing in bone grafting, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, safe tooth extractions and more in Redmond and at two locations in Bend, OR.

The practice is on a 4 day per week schedule with four day weekend every other weekend. Work hours are 7 - 5:20pm. Hiring is for the Bend location.

Opportunity to significantly increase salary through a training program and successful completion of the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Exam (DAANCE).

Full time employees are eligible for all benefits.

Job duties include assisting the surgeon with in-office oral surgeries with IV therapy, surgeon supervised sedation administration, sterilization of surgical equipment, collecting vitals/medical history, and transcription during patient examinations. Possible assisting with surgical procedures at St. Charles Medical Center.

Education and Experience
Minimum of high school diploma. Dental assistant experience with EFDA, CDA is preferred. Radiology certification in Oregon and BLS are required. Oral surgical experience with DAANCE is preferred but not required.

Advancement to Oregon Anesthesia Dental Assistant with IV Therapy Certificate is possible through internal and external training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.25 - $33.50 per hour
