We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who wants to be a part of a dynamic team in a growing pediatric office.
Duties include assisting with restorative procedures, working in sterilization, taking radiographs, prepare doctor and hygiene rooms for next patient, and desire to work as a team member. This person should have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greeting patients/positive attitude
- Prepare patients for treatments and/or checkups to ensure comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and material needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked at all times
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Help with any other tasks around the office
- Scheduling patient appointments
Full-time and Part-time position available: Monday - Friday, 38-40 hours per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
