Dental Assistant / Front Desk

Presidential Family Dental is looking for a registered Dental Assistant / Front Desk team member committed to providing each of our patients an experience worth raving about. This Dental Assistant / Front Desk position is full time and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements for this Dental Assistant / Front Desk position include:

• Actively assist our dentists chairside with room preparation, procedures, and documentation
• Taking quality radiographs/x-rays as determined by our dentist
• Educating our patients regarding their treatment plans and how to maintain their oral health
• Ensuring we maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations
• Assisting, as needed, other clinical team members
• Greeting patients with a smile
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Working with hygiene recall
• Confirming patients
• Collecting payment and billing
• Checking insurance benefits
• Ensure we maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations

Our ideal Dental Assistant / Front Desk candidates have:

• A Radiography/X-Ray certification for Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
