IRIS Software is looking for a Demand Marketing Specialist to join us as we continue to grow in the Americas market. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing programs to generate pipeline revenue for one of IRIS’ solution areas.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a fast-paced, ‘digital-first’ marketing environment and have an appetite for scaling up and driving excellence.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally, aligning closely with marketing, sales, and product team members to market our practice management solutions.
Responsibilities
This position requires a good grasp of creating and executing integrated marketing strategies. This candidate will have strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Design and execute integrated marketing programs to increase demand, drive lead conversion, and accelerate the pipeline of leads to close
- Develop a deep understanding of our personas, products, and buyer’s journey
- Manage solution-specific ABM programs through implementation and optimization
- Use marketing automation tools to track and optimize lead generation and lead nurturing programs through email campaigns, content marketing, paid media, and social media channels
- Creative conception and development with an internal content team and external agencies
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications preferred
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably for B2B companies, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing programs
- Background in marketing services a plus
- Proven success executing account-based marketing programs and campaigns
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo
- Experience with analytics software such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, social media ad managers, Hot Jar, etc.,
- Demonstrated success running and reporting on digital marketing programs
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-starter and effective multi-tasker
