Lead team of Supplier Fulfillment Leaders to achieve on time delivery and enable Engine and Spares OOT for the Business. Focus on the current quarter and next quarter, to ensure all SWIP is accounted for. Coach team to problem solve where SWIP levels can't be met. Focus on meeting customer needs. Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve delivery. Stays informed of industry trends that may influence work.
HQ for Sourcing is located in Evendale, OH. This role is open to a remote opportunity with 25% of travel.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to large suppliers or Business Process Outsourcing. Ensure Business Process Outsourcing compliance with SLAs and act as the primary point of contact on all service level issues and resolution.

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. May require strong commercial awareness and delivery focus, is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.

• Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

• Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sourcing, Materials, Project Management, Operations, or Supply Chain Manufacturing

The base pay range for this position is 130,000.00 - 180,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 23, 2024.
