Job Description:
• Track and report delivery status for assigned suppliers
o Weekly communication with vendor to ensure on time deliveries and drive pull ins when possible to meet program and customer needs
Scheduled meetings/Email/voice communication
o Track material dollar due ins and report loss or gains bi weekly
Attend Bi Weekly RYG meetings to advise supplier status for weekly/monthly/quarterly tracking
o Request Line of Balance from suppliers on parts for granular tracking as required
o Escalate delivery delays with cause to business group and Supply Chain Leadership as needed (Engineering/Quality/Program)
o Update SAP as required for delivery dates to include document in non printable text of SAP Purchase Order upon a date change and rationale
o Maintain Supplier open order tracker sheet daily
o Update mismatch tool on assigned suppliers for Program/Planner awareness

• Must be familiar and proficient with MS Office software for communication and tracking
