- Track and report delivery status for assigned suppliers.
- Weekly communication with vendor to ensure on time deliveries and drive pull ins when possible to meet program and customer needs.
- Scheduled meetings/Email/voice communication.
- Track material dollar due ins and report loss or gains bi weekly.
- Attend Bi Weekly RYG meetings to advise supplier status for weekly/monthly/quarterly tracking.
- Request Line of Balance from suppliers on parts for granular tracking as required.
- Escalate delivery delays with cause to business group and Supply Chain Leadership as needed (Engineering/Quality/Program).
- Update SAP as required for delivery dates to include document in non printable text of SAP Purchase Order upon a date change and rationale.
- Maintain Supplier open order tracker sheet daily.
- Update mismatch tool on assigned suppliers for Program/Planner awareness.
