We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments due from our open AR.
Responsibilities:
- Collection of unpaid Accounts Receivables
- Receive and post payment to account
- Advise and follow-up with accounts on unpaid invoices
- Keep records and status of customer's account
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billings and collections
- Ability to build rapport with representatives of overdue accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks at a high levels to achieve desired results
