Dealer and Distributor Engagement Specialist – SAE

This position will be responsible for project management of complex accounts to ensure desired results, client satisfaction and account profitability. A Senior Account Executive will provide program management and support, including development and execution of Contest and Incentive programs for the Retail, Wholesale and Aftermarket Channels for a major OE client.
Responsibilities
- Manages complex accounts and is responsible for total project management: proposal, quality of service and cost control.
- Initiate, monitor and assist in processing of supplier scopes/budgets/RFQs
- Assist in the oversight of two existing dealer-facing incentive programs
- Execute three existing Aftermarket Incentive Programs
- Manage two existing Vehicle Award Programs
- Coordinate NHRA/NASCAR race team communications, program decks, communication with the OE client’s performance division, race credential management and executive travel
- Works with clients to determine, develop and accomplish strategies and objectives.
- Draft and track program business cases, author communications, sales tracking and reporting for special offer programs
- Assist the OE client’s Dealer Ops Team with various assignments as needed
- Writes a significant amount of internal and external communications, including:
- Develop Field and Dealer Communications for program launches, provide communications updates
- Submit content for weekly dealer “Hotsheet” communication
- Prepare slides and present material for various presentations (to leadership, field sales force, internal partners, suppliers, etc.) as needed
- Provides guidance and direction to Account Executives and Assistant Accountant Executives assigned to project.
- Expands account profitability through good service and new business development.
- Oversees program budgets and makes adjustments when necessary.
- As a project leader, conducts performance worksheets of team members.
- Completes additional duties as assigned.
- Adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and all other company policies, procedures and processes.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Knowledge of principles of marketing communications, normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree.
- Three or more years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or other related field.
- Self-starter capable of prioritizing tasks appropriately
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think in both a tactical and strategic manner
- Accomplished written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of creative services applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
- Working knowledge of Cisco WebEx will be helpful.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to build and maintain client relations and direct project managers.
- Ability to handle majority of client-requested work and multiple project elements.

Additional Information
- Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position.
- Salary range starts at $52,681.00 – negotiable based on experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- May require travel, including some evening and weekend hours.
- Physical activities may include standing and/or walking on a racetrack or equivalent surface for extended periods of time.
