High’s is seeking Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers in our DE Stores with expertise in overseeing the day-to-day store operations ensuring our vision of being a "Fast, Fresh & Friendly" neighborhood convenience store.

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Properly execute selling initiatives and provide value to the customer.
- Follow all food service programs, procedures, and sanitation requirements, if applicable.
- Greet and communicate easily with customers.
- Dedication to assisting customers’ needs to enhance their experience.
- Knowledgeable about products and services.
- Apply positivity to your Customer Service strategy by emphasizing “sales & specials.”

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Customer Service Skills
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Ability to learn software systems, the cash register, and corporate procedures.
Working Conditions:
- Retail convenience store environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products, etc.
- Constant standing with frequent bending and lifting.
- Employees are expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in all weather conditions unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
