As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for advising customers on service options and repair costs for commercial fleet vehicles. Someone in this role should have general knowledge of the industry along with excellent Customer Service and sales skills.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships by responding fast, professionally, and with your own personal touch.
- Create and review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
- Verifies warranties and service contract agreements to meet customer’s needs.
- Provide customers with status updates, necessary information, delivery instructions, and/or general hospitality.
- Interacts appropriately with customers via phone, emails, or in person.
- Scheduling all appointments professionally and as efficiently as possible.
- Transfer and direct customers through proper channels.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of the industry is a plus
- Customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
