As a Customer Service Representative, you are the main point of contact between our customers and internal teams.
What you’ll do:
- Engage with customers in person, on the phone, via email, and in Action’s store delivering value by providing outstanding customer experiences
- Provide excellent support to our sales representatives
- Cultivate up-sell opportunities
- Provide consultation on products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Partner with the team to ensure all customer inquiries, quotes, and orders are fulfilled
What experience and qualifications do you need?
- Energetic, organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- The ability to multitask calmly and professionally
- Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new things
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- High level of grit and personal integrity
- A follow-up and follow-through personality
- Heart to always do the right thing and admit mistakes (they will happen and it's ok)
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work and educational experience
- 1+ year Customer Service or sales support experience preferred
