Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the main point of contact between our customers and internal teams.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with customers in person, on the phone, via email, and in Action’s store delivering value by providing outstanding customer experiences
• Provide excellent support to our sales representatives
• Cultivate up-sell opportunities
• Provide consultation on products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Partner with the team to ensure all customer inquiries, quotes, and orders are fulfilled

What experience and qualifications do you need?

• Energetic, organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• The ability to multitask calmly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new things
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
• High level of grit and personal integrity
• A follow-up and follow-through personality
• Heart to always do the right thing and admit mistakes (they will happen and it's ok)
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work and educational experience
• 1+ year Customer Service or sales support experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
