Seeking friendly, customer service-oriented Supervisors for our Battery Park cafe! This is a daytime concept, supporting a great work/life balance.
What you'll do:
- Provide a high level of hospitality to every guest by delivering on the Bluestone Lane Steps of Service in every interaction
- Ensure that teammates are in the right place, doing the right things at the right time, in order to make the guests feel special 100% of the time
- Enforce the quality and speed of the kitchen performance and the connection our front of house is provided to each guest
- Assist the General Manager in building a cohesive, efficient, and stable team
- Become fully trained to fulfill guest orders in any teammate role - comfortable working in the kitchen and can pick up any other role be it barista, server, host or runner
- Have a keen awareness of the store's financial performance, & help drive the efficiency and hospitality in the cafe to maximize and meet sales targets & average customer spend
- Hold strictly to current health & safety standards set in place by Bluestone Lane & the state's Department of Health
- Assist with opening and closing the store
