- Ensure that children are safe and that their everyday needs are met - this may include diapering, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Ensure children are kept active, entertained, and engaged in developmental activities.
- Monitor and report developmental or safety concerns.
- Supervised by Daycare Supervisor and Berry Preschool Director
- Gets along well with others
- Good attendance
- Understands daycare requirements
- Experience working with children preferred, but not required
- Be self-motivated, able to think on your feet, and compassionate
- Physical energy to run around after children all day
- Good communication skills to report on the child's individual needs/performance/development to superiors or parents.
- Must complete and clear all Indiana background check requirements for school personnel
- Must complete and clear drug screen
