We are looking for a full-time office manager to work on Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. The successful candidate will exhibit dependability, punctuality and exceptional professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Communicate with management, teachers, and parents
- Greet visitors
- Sign for deliveries
- Maintain security by following procedures
- Assist with childcare projects, as needed
- Giving and following up on tours
- Assist with marketing
- Maintain Social media accounts
- Follow up on supplies, stocking rooms, schedule appointments.
- Run errands
- Ensure the health and safety of all teachers and children
- Close the center
- Effectively manages labor; Approves all final work schedules to ensure appropriate ratios are always intact
- Manages center inventory- office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.
- Manages all vendor relationships- organizes facilities maintenance and technology support
- In partnership with Center Director, conducts team meetings to communicate important information and set a direction
- Strong professional demeanor required
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma
- Valid I.D.
- Must be able to lift 35lbs
- Previous experience working in a childcare center
- Knowledge in Texas Minimum Standards
