Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) is looking for a Data Specialist to support the HRIS team. If you love
This team member will:
- Enter, track, and update employee data into UKG and other systems
- Process changes in employee status including changes in compensation, schedule, and supervisor
- Monitor, edit, and insure integrity of all HR data.
- Provide regular reports as well as respond to ad-hoc data reporting requests
The ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these requirements:
- 1+ years of experience
- Experience in a fast pace start up environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven problem solving ability
- Strong Excel experience
- Discretion to work with highly confidential data is a must
- Knowledge of one or more HRIS systems is a must and knowledge of UKG Pro is a plus
Additional experience and/or qualifications:
- Ability to perform activities such as sitting and typing for extended periods of time
- Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
