In this role, you will work in a hybrid capacity (remotely and onsite in Greensboro, NC):
- Assist with the design, development, and execution of data analytics and reporting to support our product, technology, and strategic portfolio teams.
- Collaborate with peers, data science, strategic alignment, and engineering teams, and others as needed to produce game-changing solutions.
- Utilize real data to support and drive business strategy.
On your first day, we'll expect that you'll have:
- Pursuing a degree in Information Science, Data Science, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Information Systems or similar.
- Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
- Ability to support data analytics projects.
- Interaction with other members of the strategy alignment team, cross-functional groups (SW, Mechanical, Quality), and external suppliers.

The base compensation range for this position is $21 to $23 per hour. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
