The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO™ as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature’s Remedy. The Company provides an unparalleled in-store experience, coupled with online reservations and in-store express pickup.
Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Data Analyst to join our team and support our Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations in overseeing our diverse network of Grower processing facilities. This role plays a crucial part in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to enable informed decision-making and process improvements within our operations department. As a Data Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the SVP of Operations to provide valuable insights, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Compilation and Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and validate data from various sources, including internal databases and external resources.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Report Generation and Presentation:
- Create detailed reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization software.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Metrics Tracking:
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the operational performance of our Grower processing facilities.
- Work with the SVP of Operations to establish benchmarks and set targets for improvement.
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and areas where improvements can be made.
- Propose data-driven solutions to optimize processes and increase productivity.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
- Regularly report findings and progress to the SVP of Operations and other stakeholders.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in data analysis and operations support is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) would be a plus.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing would be preferred.
