- Development of data governance and integrity strategies as part of the firm’s overall Data Strategy.
- Supervise AWS SREs and DBAs
- Manage Data Warehouse, Dashboarding and Pixel Perfect Reporting environments
- Construct API and SFTP data feeds to & from SAAS platforms
- Recommend and implement new data centric applications as required by the firm
- Work within a small agile team including data analytics & reports developers, business analysts and the firm’s parent company resources
- Work closely with the firm’s CTO, CFO and Senior Leadership Team
Skills required:
- Expertise in data warehouse design and data governance & integrity best practices
- Expertise in API construction and ETL of data from various sources
- Expertise in SQL, Python and MSFT SSRS
- Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Qlik, or similar graphical data dashboarding tool
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools
- Knowledge of traditional on-prem database environments
- Knowledge of hosted database environments and billing practices
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Strong project and resource manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Salary range: $190,000 - $225,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
