REPORTS TO: CCA Director of Technology
COMP STATUS: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Purpose Statement: The purpose is to come alongside and support the overall goals and philosophy of CCA.
Scope: The Data Implementation Specialist is responsible for providing support in the database and technical aspect of Calvary Christian Academy. To be a support to faculty, staff, and parents regarding database knowledge and/or training.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Model Christ in word and deed.
- Read Calvary Christian Academy email/staff communications to remain informed and respond if requested to so
- Be available for staff questions and concerns related to the Blackbaud student information system
- Attend Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale staff meetings.
- Support the CCA Technology Department during afterschool events when needed.
- Assist with technology training and professional development as assigned.
- Participates in professional development to stay current in technology related to the assigned field.
- Answering questions related to technology for staff and parents
- Create and maintain the CCA data procedure manual
- Carry out data management tasks, query creation, and report generation within the student information system
- Carry out quality control projects in the Blackbaud student information system.
- Know, understand and be able to provide backup data support for all administrative support positions related to the Blackbaud student information system.
- Participate in scheduled team meetings.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with regard to staff, their parents, and colleagues.
- Spiritual gifts of teaching, discernment, administration, leadership, service, and exhortation.
- Strong PC/Mac educational training experience.
- Experience working with database solutions.
- The ability to learn and teach software packages.
- Love for technology
- Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
