Description:

Management Concepts, Inc. is currently recruiting for a full-time Data Entry/Student Records Associate. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative with excellent data entry skills. The position involves answering customer inquiries via email and phone regarding student transcripts and entering student information into our databases. The data entry duties require the individual to enter data and to process completed class information. The individual in this position must be able to meet stringent time sensitive deadlines and have strong and accurate data entry and proof reading skills to ensure data integrity. This position must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Primary responsibilities include enrolling students for classes using our Customer Relationship Management database, verifying student credits and scanning student documents into our scanning software.

Required Skills:

Some college preferred
Data Entry experience
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook
Ability to interpret data
Extensive attention to detail
