Data Entry Clerk

Pro Med is a small DME company located in the Dallas/Duncanville area. We provide braces, pain-management devices & other home therapy equipment. We are looking for someone to start from the beginning & learn different jobs to help each department. This job will mostly consist of data-entry, billing, answering phones & scheduling pt deliveries/appointments. Everything will be taught to you in office.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming paperwork and/or outgoing supplies to ensure that all paperwork is complete and in order.
• Input all data into the system in a timely manner.
• Perform basic computer skills and tasks associated with processing of paperwork and/or computer-related transactions.
• Review all processed paperwork to ensure that it is accurate and complete.
• Answer incoming phone calls & help customers find the correct department.
• Call patients to get sizing information and/or schedule fittings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Solid understanding of basic office procedures, data entry, and computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills required; strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required; able to communicate with team members outside of the department.
