Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Take orders from customers over the phone with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Accounting: Perform basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial transactions and records.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Warehouse Coordination: Communicate effectively with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Data Entry: Enter data accurately into our systems for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: You should have a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism.
- Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient use of computers, with the ability to quickly learn and use new software and systems.
- Language Skills: Being in English and Spanish is a significant plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
