Summary of Key Responsibilities: Addictive Desert Designs has a position open for Data Entry. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefit package. This position will focus and assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations for Addictive Desert Designs but is not limited to other companies associated with the brand.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Basis daily Data Entry tasks
- Process incoming customer payments into accounting software
- Creating and reconciling invoices
- Able to think creatively and outside the box.
- Problem solving, critical thinking, and working cross-functionally within a team environment.
- Complete projects in timely manner
- Capable of working with others in a dynamic and adaptable environment
- Communicate day to day operations with colleagues and management in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of new and evolving technologies.
- Act as a liaison between the sales, production, and shipping department
- Smooth day-to-day operations communication with the management team
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Self-motivated, assertive, and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Summary of Experience and Education:
Preferred
- Accounts Receivable or Accounting Assistant experience
- Data entry skills with 10 key experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel

Salary: $18 - $22 / hr DOE
Work Location: In-Person at our facility in Chandler, AZ
