Data Entry Representative

Position Description:

The Data Entry Representative will be responsible for accurately creating new items in multiple systems,

and updating item records as needed. You will be responsible for reviewing paperwork and accurately entering data into systems, maintaining multiple spreadsheets with accurate data, and following standard operation procedures within the organization. Branded Bills is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for someone to join our team and help us grow in an environment with changing priorities.

Duties Essential Functions include, but are not limited to, the following.

· Creating new items in multiple systems while updating item records as needed

· Creates and maintains spreadsheets with a large number of entries.

· Verify data accuracy by comparing data inputs to source documents.

· Supports inventory control by entering inventory transfers and return goods back into data systems

· Maintains reports provided to ensure that item records are accurate, provides updates as needed to multiple departments when changes are made.

· Other Data Entry & administrative related duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

· Must be comfortable working with a PC computer and must have prior experience doing so.

· Proficient in basic Data Entry programs (Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)

· At least two years of Data Entry experience is preferred.

· Experience working with inventory is preferred, but not required.

· Ability to work flexibly with changing deadlines and priorities as the business changes.

· Ability to stay organized and communicate needs to management.

· High school degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Data Entry: 2 years (Required)
• Inventory: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 4 years (Preferred)
