The Ottawa Dental Laboratory, founded in 1937, is a family owned and operated business located in Ottawa, IL, and is seeking candidates for the position of Data Entry and Tech Support at our Ottawa location.
Job Responsibilities:
The key objectives of the Data Tech Support are as follows:
- Assist with case workflow between production, customers, and delivery team of multiple facilities
- Invoice Cases
- Support with opening and the disinfection of incoming cases
- Check, pack and sort out-going cases
- Delivery confirmation & scheduling edits with production
- Facilitate customer interaction tracking via CRM
- Collaborate with others to refine the customer experience (Customer Ready)
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, have strong computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a multi-tasking team environment. This position entails light to moderate lifting and both sitting and standing for variable periods of time during the shift.
Schedule: 1:00pm-9:30pm, Monday thru Thursday; 12:00pm to 8:30pm, Friday
