Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entries
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for Data Entry calculations
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or Data Entry role is preferred
