Data Entry Specialist / Office Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and inputting job requests into a database
- Following up with clients to collect any missing information
- Identifying and rectifying data errors
- Conducting research to gather additional information for incomplete requests
- Responding to information inquiries and accessing relevant files
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements
All you need to be a Data Entry Specialist, is 1 year of Data Entry work experience and a high school diploma. Litigation support experience is a bonus!
